PROJECT FUNDING SERVICES|REAL ESTATE CONCEPTUAL PLANS
How Project Qualification Works
The objective is simple: determine whether the project fits the capital pathway before asking the principal to spend unnecessary time or money on a full investor process.
1. Preliminary Qualification
We review the project type, jurisdiction, capital requirement, stage, ownership and high-level readiness indicators.
2. Investment-Readiness Review
Land, feasibility, EPC, permits, financial model, revenue contracts, team capability and other project-specific requirements are assessed.
3. Readiness Classification
The project is identified as investment-ready or as requiring specific development work before formal capital presentation.
4. Data Room Preparation
For projects that proceed, core diligence documents are organized so an investor can evaluate the opportunity efficiently.
5. Capital Matching
Qualified opportunities may be introduced into appropriate private-capital channels based on mandate fit and investor requirements.
6. Investor Due Diligence & Closing
Any financing decision, terms, underwriting, insurance and closing documentation are controlled by the relevant capital providers and counterparties.
