Project Finance Advisory
We introduce shovel-ready and bankable capital projects (typically $10M–$100M+) into the PFX Marketplace Pipeline, after preliminary due diligence and soft KYC/AML screening. We are a project finance advisor and introducer, not a lender or securities dealer.
Architectural Conceptual IP
We license pre-designed, zoning-adapted architectural plan packages — flat-fee, visual-first, and delivered instantly through Upwork Direct Contract escrow. A licensed local Architect of Record still seals plans for permitting.
