2. Architectural Conceptual IP Disclaimer

A. Conceptual Status Only

All architectural drawings, 3D floor plan dollhouses, elevations, schematic booklets, and digital CAD/IFC files created, displayed, or delivered by BUW Projects Corp. represent conceptual design schematics only. They are not stamped, sealed, or certified for construction, municipal permitting, or structural safety.

B. Mandatory Local Architect of Record Requirement

Local building codes, municipal zoning ordinances, soil conditions, and environmental structural loads (including wind, seismic, and snow parameters) vary widely across jurisdictions. The purchaser is expressly and legally required to retain a licensed Architect of Record or Professional Engineer registered in their local jurisdiction to review, adapt, calculate structural loads, and seal these plans prior to municipal permit submission.

C. Complete Hold Harmless & Liability Waiver

Under no circumstances shall BUW Projects Corp., its officers, employees, or digital agents be liable for municipal permitting denials, zoning variances, site-adaptation expenses, construction delays, or physical construction defects resulting from the use of our conceptual drawings. The seller accepts zero liability for permitting denials or structural defects.

Every architectural drawing sheet, 3D schematic, and digital visual published or delivered by BUW Projects Corp. carries an explicit copyright notice:

• Instruments of Service: All plans remain the copyrighted intellectual property of BUW Projects Corp.. Purchasing a design package grants the buyer a non-exclusive, limited license to build the design on a single, specified physical parcel only.
• Prohibition of Innocent Infringement: Inclusion of this explicit copyright notice on all materials legally precludes any infringing party from claiming “innocent infringement” to reduce statutory liability under copyright legislation.
• Statutory Damages: Unauthorized copying, multi-site replication, digital distribution, or reselling of our conceptual plans without a separate written re-use agreement constitutes willful copyright infringement, subject to statutory damages up to $150,000 USD per violation plus legal fees and court costs.

A. PFX Gateway & Independent Due Diligence

BUW Projects Corp. acts as an intake gateway and advisory partner to the Project Finance Exchange (PFX). While BUW Projects and PFX conduct extensive preliminary due diligence and soft KYC/AML screening on counterparties, it remains the sole responsibility of the project principal or investor to conduct their own independent due diligence and seek professional legal and financial counsel before entering into binding financial transactions or transferring funds.

B. Privacy & Anonymity Controls

Privacy prevails across all BUW Projects and PFX operations. No project-identifying details, principal names, corporate registration numbers, or bank account coordinates are published in the public domain. All listings display an anonymized 300-word Elevator Pitch accessible only to registered, verified institutional investors under strict non-disclosure protocols.

C. Anti-File Shopping & Cease-and-Desist Covenant

Project principals submitting applications solemn swear that all corporate and financial information provided is accurate and true. Upon submission acknowledgment, applicants must issue an immediate cease-and-desist notification to all external brokers or intermediaries. Shopping the project file to other brokers or external trade desks during active review will result in immediate cancellation of the application and blocking across trade desks.

5. Corinth Group Investment Framework Notice

For capital raises processed under the 2026 Corinth Group of Switzerland® Investment Framework:

• No Funding Guarantee: Classification as Category 1 (Investment Ready) or Category 2 (Suitable for Investment), issuance or execution of a Term Sheet, payment of a cost contribution, or commencement of due diligence does not constitute an unconditional obligation, funding guarantee, or representation that capital will be released.
• Conditions Precedent: Any proposed investment remains strictly subject to satisfactory completion of full legal, financial, technical, and insurance due diligence, execution of definitive Investment Agreements, and full satisfaction of all Conditions Precedent prior to Financial Close and Drawdown.
• Category 2 Refund Guarantee: For Category 2 projects requiring parallel development work, if material unresolved issues arise prior to the execution of final investment agreements, Corinth reserves the right to discontinue the process, and the agreed cost contribution paid by the client will be refunded in full within 7 banking days.
